Exchange and Return Policy

Sales and purchase processes are subject to the terms and conditions of use and service.

In the case of engraving and packaging, no exchange or return is allowed after the order is completed by the customer.

Exchange and Return:
You can contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, and a video or photo showing the product’s condition is attached. The product can be returned if the outer packaging has not been opened, and the customer bears the delivery cost of (25 SAR).
The refund process takes 30 days.

• You can purchase the "Try & Buy" service and test the perfume before opening the full-size bottle
• This service allows you to experience the fragrance and ensure it matches your preference.

❌ The perfume cannot be returned after using the service

Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable Cases:

• When a return request is submitted after the specified time of 48 hours from the date of receiving the product.
• If the product is used, damaged, not in the same condition as when received, or if the security seal is removed.
• Used or installed consumable products.
• Products that have been tampered with or had their serial numbers removed.
• Products without price tags, labels, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.
